Dr Stewart Harding is director of the Parks Agency and has worked in the public parks and gardens sector for 25 years. Stewart is an expert adviser to the Heritage Lottery Fund and monitor of major park restoration projects, a CABE Space adviser and a trustee and director of GreenSpace. He set up Green Flag's Green Heritage award and trains their judges. He has been widely published on matters affecting parks, gardens and public open spaces and is a frequent speaker at conferences and seminars. Stewart has been involved with hundreds of projects to improve and restore parks and gardens.
